Founding Product Designer / full-time
馃實 Remote 路 Competitive Salary 路 Significant Profit Sharing
Description:
- You will be the only and lead designer on the team, working directly with the founders and engineering.
- Own product design end-to-end: understand the problem, explore solutions, ship polished UI, and iterate based on real usage.
- Turn ambiguous ideas into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual design in Figma.
- Communicate with engineers with high signal: specs that are clear, decisions that are explicit, and feedback that is actionable.
- Occasionally help with brand-adjacent design like landing pages, social assets, or merch.
Requirements:
- You鈥檙e self-driven and can run your own process without needing constant direction.
- Strong product taste and the ability to balance speed with quality (we move fast).
- Excellent written communication and comfort working closely with engineers.
- Very comfortable in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototypes).
- Portfolio that shows you can ship real products and explain the why behind your decisions.
