Who you are
- You take things from zero to one, turning a rough idea into a shipped product, fast.
- You're product and business savvy, you care about users and what actually moves the needle, not just the code.
- You're comfortable owning a feature end-to-end and making product calls on your own.
Requirements
- Fully comfortable with React and Next.js
- Experienced with a Node.js ORM (Drizzle, Prisma, etc.)
- Ability to build products from scratch
- Smart and motivated, ready to work hard and make something big.
“Hardcore” Backend Developer

- You're obsessed with understanding how systems work, down to the details.
- You're grounded in data, you measure, profile, and let the numbers drive decisions.
- You get excited about hardcore engineering challenges, scale, performance, reliability, and hard problems.

- Deep experience with backend systems and Node.js
- Strong grasp of databases and performance optimization
- Comfortable debugging and reasoning about distributed systems at scale
- Smart and motivated, ready to work hard and make something big.
