If you're using Zoom, update it to the latest version and enable "Advanced capture with window filtering" in your Zoom settings. This ensures ParakeetAI stays hidden during screen sharing.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to change the ParakeetAI process name (pmodule) in Activity Monitor or Task Manager.

ParakeetAI offers 10 free call sessions lasting up to 10 minutes each. You can start a new free trial from the dashboard or the desktop app every 12 minutes.

Credits are divided into 30-minute sessions. Starting a session deducts 0.5 credits and lasts 30 minutes. Shortly before the session ends, it automatically extends for another 30 minutes and deducts another 0.5 credits — as long as the call is still active and you have credits left. If the session is idle it won't auto-extend. Credits never expire. Subscriptions and lifetime plans are also available for unlimited usage.

Your remaining credits are displayed in the "Call Credits" card on the bottom-left side of the screen.

Yes. After your first purchase, you'll receive a referral code to share. When someone uses your code at checkout, they receive 1 free credit and you receive 2 free credits. Only first-time buyers can use a referral code. If you're eligible for a discount or promotional code, you'll see an option to enter it at checkout.

We support all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For customers in India, we also support UPI.

We offer a 7-day refund window for accidental or unused purchases. If you have not used the service (for example, by activating a call session), you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. The policy applies to a single refund per user — subsequent purchases are not eligible. Our refund policy only covers unused purchases — a purchase is considered "unused" only if no credit from it has been used. If any credit has been used, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, and we do not issue partial refunds for unused credits. Because ParakeetAI is a digital service that begins delivery immediately when a paid session is activated, we are generally unable to provide refunds once the service has been used.

No. Each account is for a single person. Sharing your login is against our Terms of Service, and to protect accounts we automatically pause new sessions when an account shows signs of being used by multiple people. You can still sign in, but starting, extending, or restarting sessions is paused until the activity clears. If you need access for a team, reach out to support and we'll help you set up the right plan.

If we detect a pattern that looks like account sharing — for example, activity from an unusually high number of different devices combined with very heavy usage over time — we temporarily pause new sessions to protect your account. You can still sign in and access your account; only starting, extending, and restarting sessions is paused. We'll email you when this happens. If you believe your account was flagged by mistake, reply to that email or contact support and we'll review and clear it.

Almost certainly not. Sessions are only paused when an account reaches both an unusually high number of devices and a very high volume of sessions over an extended period — normal use across your laptop, phone, and a few networks stays well within those limits. If you ever do get flagged and it's a mistake, contact support and we'll clear it right away.

To protect accounts, we cap the number of sessions a single account can activate in one day. This limit is well above what any one person needs, so normal use never comes close — you'll only see it if an account is being used by several people at once, which is against our Terms of Service. The cap resets the next day. If you hit it during genuine personal use, contact support and we'll help.

Yes. To prevent abuse, you can create up to 30 resumes every 30 days. This is far more than a typical job search requires, so most people never reach it. If you do, you'll be able to add another resume once your earlier uploads age out of the 30-day window, and the message you see will tell you roughly when. If you have a genuine need for more, contact support.
